Alicher is a filmmaker, motion designer based in D.C. He’s been active in the political advocacy and nonprofit scene for the past 4 years. The campaigns and organizations he worked with in the past include Gates Foundation, Jackie Robinson Foundation, Kamala Harris Presidential Campaign, NARAL, DC Jazz Festival, Enough Project, and many more. He not only works as a director, cinematographer to create cinematic and impactful ads, he is also a motion designer and animator with a wide range of visual styles.

He obtained his master’s in film and media arts from American University.
