Most people know me as a car enthusiast, but I also have a more refined side – I play violin with the Symphony Orchestra of Arlington!

Newly formed at the start of 2011, the SOA has quickly grown to be a great group of talented musicians who have a passion for playing their instruments in an orchestral setting.

We are looking forward launching our 2011-2012 season with an opening gala and concert on Saturday, November 5, 2011. For any of you classical music junkies out there, we’ll be performing Dvorak’s New World Symphony. It is certainly a challenging, but beautiful, piece.

I truly enjoy playing violin with the Symphony Orchestra of Arlington. Not only do I use my hand-eye-coordination skills to make music, but I also use them to maintain the group’s social media presence and website (skills that I can attribute to my time here at Beekeeper). Follow us on Twitter for updates!
