How does your messaging overlap in strategic ways to reach intergenerational and diverse audiences? In this session, we will review examples of brands doing this well and will look at how non-profits and industry groups are applying these lessons.

– How do you approach messaging to distinct and changing audience segments?
– Provide examples of how your messages have adjusted to accommodate diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.
– From millennials to Gen Z, how is your organization addressing the ‘nextgen’ workforce problem?
– How do you utilize social media and nextgen communications with a community that isn’t there yet (age, health, not on social media)?
